Had a lot of dreams last night about Isis/Horus symbolism and how it relates to the Aeon of Horus/New Age/"Age of Aquarius." Horus = the "Kid Messiah" of pop-culture, who grows up to be a being of immense power. You can read about the recurring imagery of this figure in this recent post about the movie "Looper."
Wondering why had so many dreams of mother/child, classic Mary/Jesus & Isis/Horus symbols: now I think I know:
...and now we know what will be dominating the news cycle for the next week...maybe leading up all the way into Dec. 25th! (what a coincidence!)
Let's go back to this Jezebel post about Kate being "modeled" after the Virgin Mary on a magazine cover...that sort of "subliminal" imagery:
"British Tatler didn't get an interview with Kate Middleton for its new issue — the cover is a file photo, and the story inside is just a list of (bizarre, mostly pregnancy related) advice to her. The chosen photo, however, calls to mind nothing so much as religious iconography. Note the "pregnancy-related" advice to her aspect in the magazine...and now, just in time for the start of the holiday season:
