This dish is the Dominican answer to Bacon, Eggs and Cheese with Home Fries.
It lays on bed of boiled green bananas, potatoes and cassava. Boiled for for 20 minutes with salt — do not forget to use salt.
Fried the cheese first, the salami second and the egg last, for color. Use vegetable oil — olive oil is not meant for frying.
Ketchup makes everything better.
Onions — marinate some sliced red onions in vinegar and salt for about 30mins. Then give them a quick turn in a frying pan with a little oil.
